I'm going with 8 out of 10. The hotel is very close to the airport. It's clean and comfortable and the people were very nice. Not the quietest place (not a big deal) and not the greatest in terms of places to eat nearby (unless you like Bob Evans). But I'd certainly go back.

The breakfast was great!!! Good variety of choices. Heather and Lisa were so friendly and accommodating. Raj, the GM was wonderful to us and super friendly. . Special thanks to Precious and Sandra up front. They were so generous and helpful, with any request we had. Also a big thanks to Kelly, for the amazing attention to the cleanliness of our room and for our shuttle ride to the I-X Center. Steve and Melanee, NYC

Honestly I loved everything about it! As soon as we got off our exit it was right there! Our check in was smooth and the young gentleman was very nice and welcoming. The facility and our room was clean and pleasant. I loved the 24/7 coffee access in the lobby and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional and all this for a reasonably priced hotel. I definitely will be using in the future.

Raj was great - did everything from pick us up at the airport to signing us in and took us to the rental car center. Enthusiastic and energetic throughout.

-The team : Welcoming, explaining all amenities (if ee would have known before arrival , we would have use the shuttle (24/7). -Free parking - The pool (to relax, it’s not an olympic pool) -Close to airport

Front desk staff were all friendly and customer oriented with excellent communication skills. The room was clean. Close proximity to the airport with free shuttle service to and from is a plus. Highly recommended.

The staff were very kind, explained all policies, and helped sign me up as a member.I found the room to be neat and well cleaned. Breakfast had something for everyone.
